IT Companies to recruit Sweepers, Engineering Student to organize Dharna, Kejriwal Expected to join.

NEW DELHI, Various IT Companies after  the implementation of the 7th Pay Commission by the Government Of India this month, has decided to recruit sweepers for this financial year. After the implementation of the 7th  pay commission, the minimum wage per month set up by the government is now Rs 18,000 ($270), which on an average is the same amount paid by various IT Companies to the fresh recruits. "This is a very important step taken by us to fulfill our requirement. This will not only reduce our future expenditure, but will also fill our requirement on urgent basis. we will organize a huge off campus drive specially for government sweepers in the coming months.", said  Mr. Kamlesh Verma, HR of a famous IT Company.

However, this decision is being opposed by various Engineering students. They have even decided to join in masses to organize Dharna (धरना) at Delhi's Jantar Mantar. "IT Companies are our Sanjeevani Booti (Selaginella Bryopteris). Think of non Computer Science students. How will then we get a job, because if they don't recruit us, then no one else will.", said Akhitesh Mishra, a Mechanical Engineering student.

IT companies in India are known for recruiting engineering students in large masses from all branches. Students are even in talks with Mr. Arvind Kejriwal for his guidance and support for dharna. Since the decision has been made by the Modi government, participation of Mr. Kejriwal is also expected. The date has not been confirmed yet but the dharna is likely to happen in first week of this month.

Meanwhile, sweeper community is happy with this announcement but most of them are expected to stay with their current government job.
